Our quarterly Socials are simple. They provide a fun, safe environment to meet other local LGBTQ+ folks and our friends. An afternoon of food, conversation and community. Everyone's welcome.
Aside from our Socials, we’ve become more politically active:

While we all know that “love is love”, there is a drumbeat of fear and hate that says we’re not normal; that our voices are not welcome in our nation’s conversation; that we’re not part of our country's fabric. The Socials counter this by simply coming together and sharing a meal.

At one point or another, all of us have experienced loneliness and isolation. People often come to their first Social not knowing anyone else in the LGBTQ+ & Friends community here. Having a meal with new people brings down barriers and fosters new friendships.
